I’m so excited to share this class with you and I hope you love it as much as I did! Quite a few people have requested a full length yoga flow, so here it is. 🙂
A 60+ minute mindful sequence to help you get out of the head and into the heart. ✨
We’ll begin with seated breath-work incorporating a technique called ‘4-part breath’ to calm the mind. Then we will move into our warm-up, main sequence, standing postures and end with gentle grounding stretches + (the best part) savasana.

I'm just starting yoga stretches. I love your calm voice and the poses. Is there something I can do differently when the Dancer Pose is exacerbating my sciatica? Maybe I'm not focusing on the right muscles. Help!

What a wonderful class, Jessica. I've not had a real-time live yoga class since the autumn of 2019 (of course), and with YT's help discovered yin yoga as the way to go. But the YT algorithm helps in many ways and led me to your channel, where this is the third of yours I've worked with. its finally warm enough to take my yoga mat outside so i did this practice in the sun, listening to birds & squirrels & nature. i love that this practice was focused on a lot of heart opening/backbend asanas because i really felt like i was opening myself to nature and the universe. thank you so much!

I know this says all levels, but I think this is better suited for an intermediate level yogi (or at least someone who's already in good shape). There are some poses that require more strength/flexibility that as a beginner one might find frustrating and difficult. Just my two cents – a nice flow regardless!

This was a great practice! But I have to say, only getting back into yoga again, that this was intense! And I feel like there weren't many variations given, so I'm not sure I'd recommand it to beginners/ all levels – I personally would have been so disencouraged if this would have been one of my first classes.

This is such a great video. I loved that it was a full hour and that you actually allowed time for dead man's pose and called us back. The only request I have is for yoga music to play the whole time.
