Artist in School

Thank you Paul; I'm 61 and I enjoyed this! You have a passion in your presentation that is great not just for children but adults as well. It is so good to see Art History being given a spotlight; this is a subject that tends to be ignored. I studied A level History of Art myself at school as there was no teacher to teach it. Well done – I really enjoyed the video.
Very good way to engage kids to learn about art and never to give up on their dreams! I continue painting since I learnt how to hold a pencil after being at kindergarten for a couple of weeks. I drew my first mural on bedroom wall by piling up toy boxes and my wicker rocking chair, which I still have, and did what was the closest to real sized man with 10 fingers on the right hand on none on the left. All the other details were there, eyes were oval, same as lips and even the little dent above the lip…strange little 3 year old girl…and, quite a handful according to my Mum "It was fun"
Ah, I noticed you wore the striped shirt because it was what Picasso loved wearing.
Wow, you are a great talker. The ending was wery strong 🙂
Wow it's amazing that some are born with pure talent. Then there are people like myself who have trouble drawing trees.
Very interesting to learn… thank you for sharing 🙂
Thank you Paul! Pablo Picasso! Loved this!

im acually reading pablo picasso
Amazing!Good material for my art lesson! Thanks!
I love you! It is amazing. thanks. I enjoyed this video.
Fact number 1, in Spain we tend to take fathers family name (nowadays you can choose). At that time, taking mothers family name was very unusual, it was his choice.
I like this video a lot, I struggle to pay attention to things and this guy's calm enthusiasm about the subject is great
Thank you so much for this video! I love it so much. Thank you!!!
Im Picasso starving Pupil.I cant even sell my paintings well. Its ok.God has a purpose for us all.
Fact #1 is wrong. In Spain (I am a Spanish, by the way)
the first surname is the father's. Not the mother's.
The shocking thing for Picasso's father was that decision.
As John Richardson said, "Ruiz" was too common for
an artist as Pablo. So he decided to take the mother's
surname, more "exotic": it also seemed more French.
Let us remember the nominal relation "Matisse-Picasso."
