  2. i suffer from anxiety and depression, all my week has been hell at work, i been waking up with my heart raising fast and it has to do with negative thoughts, at the moment i have not taken any medications but will soon since my appointment is in weeks, i started meditated i did it for 3 minutes and i noticed it helped me a lot it actually relaxes you

  3. Dear YouTube Team just a small advice, if you want really show ads in this video, then show them before the video starts, kindly do not show them in Between mediation it's highly disturbing when you are trying to meditate and this ad shows in between

  4. Is it a good idea to have an ad in the middle when everyone is more likely to be open to suggestions !!! What a shame because this guy has the most soothing voice.

  5. This was fantastic until ads started running right in the middle and completely ruins it! Can’t enjoy it now when my mind is constantly wondering when the ad is gonna pop up and ruin it
