For the past few days my heart has been racing, I'm overwhelmed, stressed, being called repeatedly, not getting good deep sleep, mentally, physically and emotionally exhausted!😢 This exercise helped me slow my heart down, feel lighter and more relaxed. I'm going to keep meditating to achieve calm and peace.
