  1. I didn't want to go back into my body, I definitely saw the comments about crying and said to myself I probably won't cry but I might heal, I now understand that I cried before I healed. Good meditation thumbs up and get away from distractions people because this one is useful

  2. Cant lie doing this i litteraly felt like i was lifting out of my body in energy never felt a feeling like it in my life trying to stay calm became difficult because of the intesity of the vibrations and energy
