Take 15 minutes out of your busy day to relax and let go of any negative or difficult emotions you have been holding on to. As your body unwinds, any emotional strain that you have been carrying begs to be released.

Your feelings that you choose not to experience don’t just disappear, but they are held in your physical being and can be manifested as unpleasant bodily symptoms. By releasing our suppressed emotions, we can alleviate the suffering within us.

  1. I have been really struggling to let go of some hurt emotions. I came out of this and had a damj good 5 minute cry. Something I hadn't managed to do before. I cannot thank you enough ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ

  2. I have weird symptoms that dont make any sense. Opening In the middle of my forehead, feelings feel watery, and shoulders move in a weird energetic way… do you know what this is?

  3. Wow. Just wow ๐Ÿ˜ฎ. This was amazing and when asking what my negative emotions were I wasnโ€™t sure or couldnโ€™t describe it but when asked to release the deep blue feeling ๐Ÿ˜ฎ What an experience. I automatically let go of a lot of fear that I never even knew, I was suppressing.
    Then the light floaty feeling after was simply amazing and although trying to relax ALL muscles, couldnโ€™t help smiling, almost ear to ear. Thanks for probably one of the best videos ever. Will definitely be listening again. Massive thanks ๐Ÿ™

  4. ok wow, I was not expecting that to happen…this is only my second time trying a guided meditation…I thought hey I'll try this just to see if I can have a less crappy day. I tried this while laying on the floor and so the negative energy started out blue at my feet but as it moved up it was getting darker and darker I kept feeling more and more nervous and scared and I almost stopped but kept going. It turned pure black by the time it reached my head I started crying and my body started to shake but as it all left I felt my body become so relaxed like I was sinking into the floor and as the yellow came in parts of it were turning pure white and I saw myself at different points in my life when I felt truly happy and I felt like that person again but with big ol tears running down my face lol.

  5. Amazing ! I always saw black forms of all shape and size moving around during my meditation, never color. As soon as your said yellow energy it just turned into it. Dancing yellow lights all around. Magic. Thanks.

  6. Very well done! One can only imagine what a world we will live in when all beings are able to successfully cleanse their energy of unused trapped emotions. Use every emotion to better yourself, even the emotion that you didn't want to feel. Of course, be safe and kind to yourself and others as well.

  7. My mom was Right this help my so much with my body relaxing i feel how the feelings in my heart start to go and start to feel weightless thank you to this meditation and Peace to everybody

  8. I got to the blue energy before i had to quit. i loosened up but as soon as i started crying, i physically started to hurt. it will be awhile before i can do this fully.

  9. The end of this meditation has me supremely amused… letting the blue go, being covered in yellow warmth, warm blanket. I swear I chose this specific meditation because I was very angry at my cat for peeing on me while I was in bed this morning! (No, she doesnโ€™t have a UTI – sheโ€™s mentally disturbed). Released those feelings of piss-offedness to get to the end of the meditation where Iโ€™m covered in yellow warmth again… OMG. The universe wanted me to laugh.

  10. This didn't do anything for me. Could it be something to do with my suppressed emotion being rage? When I started releasing the emotion all my relaxation went away and I feel worse than when I started
