  1. I personally love this guided meditation or deep relaxation technique. When I'm feeling stressed it puts me right back where I need to be. especially with being new to this. The Voice guided meditation definitely helps me get back in my zone thank you so much for creating this one

  2. Im not a huge fan of visualization. It would be a better guided meditation if you focused on what the listener is experiencing real time rather than imagery.
