Woah. Junior year student facing the stress of trying to get into college. Got too stressed while studying for AP and this made me feel better (in an amount of time that I didn't feel like I was wasting not studying)

Very calming voice, feels great. I love that it is so short that I can make time for it everyday. I have been doing this (sometimes the 5 minute version) daily for 4 weeks now and my anxiety has gotten much better.
i fell asleep but it’s chill i’m tired so i’ll do this before be now so i can actually sleep at night
I had way too much caffeine and now I’m so jittery and nauseous… hoping this will help.

I'm gonna try to do this at least once a day. my mind is constantly buzzing and it's extremely rare when I have a single second or few seconds of silence. my mind is just a producer of insignificant thoughts or songs stuck in my head. hopefully through time this can help me feel more aware of the environment that I'm in and hopefully it can make me realize how beautiful life is when you take a second to stop and breathe.
perfect for absolute beginners, I'm just starting out and even 5 minutes feels like ages to me but this is a great place to start
