  1. Woah. Junior year student facing the stress of trying to get into college. Got too stressed while studying for AP and this made me feel better (in an amount of time that I didn't feel like I was wasting not studying)

I'm gonna try to do this at least once a day. my mind is constantly buzzing and it's extremely rare when I have a single second or few seconds of silence. my mind is just a producer of insignificant thoughts or songs stuck in my head. hopefully through time this can help me feel more aware of the environment that I'm in and hopefully it can make me realize how beautiful life is when you take a second to stop and breathe.
