  1. Neurophysiological tapping is very helpful also for kids. Before exams, operations or anybody who is stressed or feeling desperate.
==> Easy one: just tap your breastbone for courage! Like gorillas do. When you experiance a traumatic or stressful event: tap both your eyebrows with dominant fingertips (hand you write with) and top of head with the other fingertips of passive hand.
🧡💙💛 happiness and inner peace to all🙏💫

  2. I'm meeting with an oncologist tomorrow to find out my lung cancer status, coming across this video helps me believe I'm on the right path. 🙏💚🙏

  3. 🥹Thank you for this. I was sitting here on a stool at the kitchen cabinet on the verge of a full in freak out, and then I watched this video. I am amazed that tapping made the war raging inside me to calm down. Now I’m crying because I can’t believe I just went through that. It’s pretty scary.

  4. I was having the worst anxiety attack of my life, my body was shaking, I was crying uncontrollably and could not bring myself out of it. I am truly amazed. I don't know how this works, but I iet this video loop about 5 times, and I was calmed down. I can't thank you enough ❤

  5. Thank you so much. Recently I’ve been having trouble sleeping at night because of fears and anxiety about the future. I repeated this about 10 times until I cleared my mind from negative thoughts. I think it’s going to be my bed time routine.

  6. This exercise was taught to me by my therapist even when I already started taking medications for my anxiety and depression. At first I thought there's no way this is working but it takes repetition and internalizing the exercise, your words, as well as the breathing part. It was very helpful.

  7. Omg I have tried everything to try and get a good breath in me. I have what is called air hunger. I just did this and I got air. Now not sure if it was just a coincidence and I pray it wasn’t pls. Even if it just worked right now thank you so much it’s nice to get air in your lungs.

  8. Thank you. My life is in turmoil and honestly am worried about my self . I'm having a nervous breakdown and I'm using this all the time. To deal with the horrendous anxiety vomiting fainting . ❤ thank you
