1. "religion is available to almost 80% of the world's population" – …I wonder what the chinese reporter means by this. That's an interesting way of putting it. I wasn't aware that 20% of the world's population didn't have the option available to them. – Thanks for this up! Always nice to see more DD!

5. Haha he probably sold less copies cos he's plugging the book on Chinese TV but I didn't see him do any interviews in the UK – where it might actually sell!
