  2. Ok great content and nice explaination. However, i wanted to know that how do I practice it? In daily life. Is there a routine? Are there some steps or procedure to follow? How is it done??? From the video it seems like you just need to realize what's going around you and love in the present. Shouldn't there be some procedure to achieve this???
