The best meditation I have done, reached me very deeply
Thank you. I've been struggling to stay alive for a long time. Lately it's getting bad. Doing things like this helps, this video in particular is nice. I find it challenging to commit to sitting and meditating for 15 minutes, but upon completion I certainly feel less negative than I did previously. The only problem is trying to keep up with it. I would say at least twice a day this should be done but I can hardly stick to once a day for more than a few days in a row. I am so depressed, but I don't want to be. I want to be free. I will keep trying until I can't anymore.
Really you are well wisher. A source of energy and inspiration for all. Hope to be with your thoughts and concepts for long.
