One of the first and biggest offseason dominoes to fall for the Chiefs is the future of Frank Clark, who is due over 28 million dollars in 2023, if he’s cut, we will save 21 million dollars. At the combine yesterday, Brett Veach seemed like the Chiefs could get a deal done with Clark to keep both sides happy.
“We’ll probably, to a certain extent, need some cap space. We have a long history with (Frank Clark) and his agent too. He’ll be one of the many conversations we have this week and look forward to getting with him and seeing if we can work something out that makes sense for both parties.”
