The Mindful Movement
Getting upset about pain doesnβt take it away. Thinking about and replaying the past doesnβt give you the ability to change what has already occurred. Worrying, wishing and hoping things were different doesnβt make anything actually change. Let go of the events of the day and surrender into a deep, tranquil sleep. Give yourself permission to simply let go into your own inner peace and self-healing through acceptance and surrender.

What do you want to let go of? What has become too heavy a weight to bear on your journey? Like the falling leaves, itβs time to clear out and free yourself of things youβve been afraid to let go of. Without the falling of the leaves, there can be no new growth.
We can learn from our faults and grow from our experiences if we allow them. Know that without suffering, we cannot know joy. Without darkness, we cannot know light. Allowing life as it is can lessen any struggle and perhaps, additional, unnecessary suffering.
Frequently, the word βsurrenderβ has negative energy to it. You may think of having to give up something that is important to you or lose control over a situation. Surrender does not mean giving up. When the word surrender is used as a mindfulness practice, it can also be the opportunity to give up anything that is no longer serving you or something that is keeping you stuck.

Lovely. Unfortunately although words were comforting, the constant talking kept me awake. Iβll listen again when Iβm not trying to sleep for inspiration.
Ive lost both my mum and dad in under 3 months. My partner has been been diagnosed with cancer, and im currently awaiting possible surgery for a back injury….this year has been incredibly difficult and heartbreaking. Listening to these actually helps with getting some sleep and getting mind into a place of peace and relaxation. I'm happy I came across this channel….thank you π

This is depressing as shit. It starts asking you questions about what weight is hatf to bare, grief etc. Geez i was fine before all the prompting for things upsetting. Doesnt make sense to dig into feelings when everything is to relax not start dialogue taking awareness to answer. I just want to relax and sleep.
