  5. I have been struggling with stress issues for a while now and I can't afford any subscription but, I decided last night to search you tube and I found this free video.

Thank you so much Headspace staff for putting up a very helpful video for those of us who need help but can't afford it.

  6. I've meditated for years and i still can't focus on my breath because as soon as i do, it's like i don't know how to breathe anymore and i start eventually hyperventilating and becoming even more stressed. I can't breathe normally in a relaxed way if im aware of my breathing.

  7. This guy is the only person to help I dunno if it's his voice or directions but he's my favorite on headspace and best meditation guide iv tried others.

  8. I tried this to manage stress and turns out I fell asleep during the session. Before I was feeling stiffness on my back and right foot but now my body feel like a jelly. I also experience a moment like my lungs forget to inhale 😅

  9. During the middle part I really dozed off for a few minutes and it felt like it was half an hour. I have never experienced that before.

  11. I just love this for several reasons: no spooky music. He doesn't tell you to focus on each part of the body, or count the breaths, which can be so distracting because you're always at a different pace than the narrator; and his voice isn't fakey and woo-woo – just simple speech.
