  1. May I be sounds too much like a question like asking for something that you don't already have. All of these things are already mine in my natural state.

  2. Thought I was the only one in the world who couldn't actually remember a time when I was happy, safe, healthy, and/or living with ease — certainly not all together. I know there must have been times, but they got shut away with the bad memories behind a plexiglas screen in my psyche. So I cried as well, and it was so healing, and so healing to see the comments and realize we are together in this healing journey. I have done meta meditation before, but this one felt very special. Looking forward to more of his videos. Peace.

  3. Guys whats wrong with me, Ive been trying so many times:( I can't visualise myself as a child, i can't visualise a happy , safe, or at ease moment. Im trying so hard. I want to find any repressed emotions inside me and im struggling. I feel relaxed during this meditation but It feels like im doing something wrong. I can't visualise or find any of those moments ugh!! 😭

  5. Hmm… Scary… I couldn't remember all through my life being once happy or safe… Or living with ease… I just couldn't find one occassion when I felt all the above … I felt stress instead lol 😆😆😆 Hmm… May I experience those things one day? LoL 😂😂😂 That would be wonderful 🫣🥹💓
