  1. Basically, nothing new. It seems like you guys are stuck in a swamp of stagnation. Everything shown in the video is just attachments, which anyone could develop. All that was required from you was to enable compatibility with such equipment. But the robot itself remains the same as before. It looks like the new owner is driving you into the ground…

  2. Unfortunately, Spot has to be remotely controlled and is not 100% autonomous. So, having a robot that requires someone to control it defeats the purpose of having a mechanic do an inspection run in the first place, don't you think?

  3. Vibration monitoring and laser scanning are existing fields though. There are currently competing companies who will sell you the service of coming to your plant and doing it.

  4. I know this will sound weird…but, why do I feel a sense of parental pride in something I had nothing to do with, couldn't even begin to tell you how it works, and will never be able to. I love watching Spot work!!😊

  5. Nice to see this still going strong!

    But for as far as you can and are willing, i think a lot of people (myself included) would love to have a bit more of an insight in how many spots are "out there" in Q4 2024, what industry and country is your biggest market, what most are doing, how much hours they make, etc. Would be great to get a little insight in "adoption rates" if that's the right terminology?

    You people make really cool robots and its great to see "the future" unfold in some sense, but to what extent is that actually happening? how common/rare are these? how far off do you think we are from seeing these robots (or similar) in 95% of most industries? Are you starting to notice the rise of competition? Would love a bit of a more interview-y style video where you guys get into these sort of details to give an idea of how much "future" is happening today hehe 😁
