Artificial Intelligence is accelerating at an exponential rate and integrating into all aspects of our lives. AI systems are currently able to perform highly specialized tasks that were previously the realm of highly trained individuals and as a result, AI is disrupting traditional business models while creating innovation advantages for smaller and nimbler companies, start-ups and grass-root organizations. This session addressed AI, human-robot interactions, micro- and nano-machines, applications in home, transportation, entertainment and space, as well as trends, ethics and the “what if” of runaway AI.
