Jeez ! this is totally redundant – Pls. put AI to better use and not just some silly cheap plastic humanoid looking object to just usher your customers around the bank. Introduce HDFC personal banking system like cortana / siri to your user's smartphone / devices and not just place these redundancies in your bank and make a fool out of yourselves.
I suggest you folks to understand your user needs, cluster them, design the customized experience and then apply the AI & Cloud computing on top…Pls no more cheap looking humanoids and call it AI. thanks –

After they ask you to move from one line to another…Guys please do not trust HDFC …Don't try to take loan ..They are best forger..They have forged me regarding my loan account 41421539.. I have made several complaints as well like..delr0317004413, delr0317003599, delr0317062962 etc.

it's easy to criticize but the company which build it, Asimov Robotics has put it's heart and soul in making it. Yes they are not Boston Dynamics but at least they try very hard to build something in India for Indians.

hahaha funny, 1/she namastey without fingers on hand. 2/ Touch panel should not be placed on her chest area if you called her female robot, i think there should no touch panel interface, only verbal one. 3/ Hindi language support system should be used for lower class people who really need these kind of guidance. 4/ OH now i realize I comment after one year and i didnt even see this kind of trash anywhere in my whole city.
