7. I really like it. Little is big for us, for our present, but would be "sacrificed". When my elder daughter graduated as an architect, can I ask her to design a similar, but with its perspectives.

12. tổng thể của công trình kiến trúc cũng giống như 1 con người. kiến trúc càng hiện đại càng đơn giản hóa thì càng sạch sẽ , cũng giống như linh hồn của con người, thánh thiện, trong sạch…. nhưng đánh đổi sự hoàn mĩ đó thì sẽ bị thui chột về cảm xúc và bản chất thật của cuộc sống, một chút tính toan, một chút ganh đua, một chút hòa nhã và biết tận hưởng, đó mới là cuộc sống thực của 1 con người. tôi rất yêu thích kiến trúc hiện đại, nhưng cũng không thể không nói rằng, kiến trúc hiện đại có phần nhạt nhẽo và đơn điệu. đó là cảm nhận của riêng tôi!

18. Beautiful design! What I would like to know is what is the final price tag? There is a certain romance about self-build and I have watched many episodes of Grand Designs and the worrying part is 99.9% of the projects always go way beyond the original budget and timeline. I wonder whether you have any advice for first time self-builders out there? May be you need to build in a 30% contingency on both budget and timeline? What would be a safe margin?
