i wish they had a school of this calibre in Australia
Could you guys do a tour of the California campus ?
Hey, so precooked method is definitely not for making custards, it's for making pate a choux….and blending method is not for cakes. Foaming method is :O

how long does it take to graduate from here like 1-2 years?
I'm lucky enough to have the CIA a few hours from home, but with $16k+ a semester I can't afford to go… especially when Pastry Chef's are barely even making over minimum wage.
I am from malaysia, north borneo. I really like to go this college n make my parents proud of me hmm do you guys think i can go to this college? But i scare and i don't have any friends if i really go there?
Anyone have any recommendations on when to apply? Would it be better applying Junior or Senior year of highschool?
Do y'all have dorms for students to sleep if they can't afford a house
Learn you lines, Sarah!!!!
That jaw line tho
I want to become a pastry chef but I think if I go to these school I would be swallowing my spit if I see the food every sec so it’s holding me back why ☹️
For some reason I feel like the other courses are more challenging but I really like pastry. Even if I learned some of this already I'm probably still wishing to to here for the pastry course when I'm only 11. I'm not sure how my family would react to this tho. They want me to be an engineer or a doctor.
how do you enroll into the school??
muhteşem
I'm doing culinary at Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill CA! Where there are a few teachers and chefs from CIA! Thinking about going here in the future.
I hope one day I can be like them !!!! Dream come true??? ❤
i am namibian how do i apply to your school i love cooking
As a junior in high school, college hunting period is coming near and once I laid my eyes on this school, it has become the ideal college that I yearn to get accepted in. However, I am not very sure about it for the tuition is pretty hefty and I feel as though I won't catch up with the others. I am very passionate about the culinary world and I often bake at home but its nowhere in the advanced categories and I feel as though students who go there already have experience in a bakery or a restaurant. Also, does anyone know the requirements to apply for this school? Requirements as in SAT scores, recommendations and etc. It would be greatly appreciated if I got some feedback on this since no one around me have the same goal in mind :/ THANKS
Think very carefully about paying 60,000 dollars for two years of tuition for a job that might pay 19.00/hr after five years. Ive worked with undocumented immigrants who've never gone to pastry school and are quite good at what the job is, and that is all an employer is looking for anyway. Waste of money.
Im only 11 and I started baking at 7, I have a little bit of expirence cause my mom is a baker
so do they have to learn regular college math, science, english, and history?
I hate my cooking teacher in college so rude shut up infront my whole class
I doing hospitality studies in Ireland in cork
Como me gustaría estudiar ahí, pero no hay visa, ni dinero suficiente.
Do not waste your money on cooking school, it is a waste of money. Start off as a dishwasher in a good restaurant and work your way up
I definitely know where I'm going for college!!!!
Do you have to have any experience to enter the classes and college??
