so educational! I thought I had good knowledge about colour theory…..Ive only ever carried neutral foundations and mixers and ive gotten good results with that but now Im sure to be even better
Hello, I can’t seem to find the pallet you show on this video. I mean I found it but it just not the same colors anymore. What recommendation do you have for another brand?
Learning so much from just watching your video's. Please can you do a video showing us the grey foundation "no,no" and then how to fix it. Will help.
I love your videos ,They're so helpful
I'm just trying to figure out why you don't have more subs. Every one looking to become a freelance makeup artist should follow her channel. This is the stuff we need to learn..this and hygeine are so important.
Does anyone have a dupe for this palette?! Its not available anymore!
amazing video, so helpful! finally found someone who knows what they talking about 😀
I decided to re-visit this video because I do plan on trying to make my skin tone lol, but one question, since I am warmer, would I add more yellow instead of red? wanted to ask first before trying on my own lol!
You r superbbbbbb love your work and your videosssssss
Mind blown!!!
I am soooooo in love with your vidoes. They are amazing
You’re so amazing! I love all your videos! Thank you for this! ❤️
This is so good! so HELPFUL 🙂
My face is darker then my neck if i wear lighter foundation it does not look good. What would you recommend? I wear nc 30 on my face.
Thank you so much for a very basic educated color’s problem that many people get stuck. So happy when I accidently find out your channel lol
YASSSSS I literally just did this guys and it worked! You can already see my skin tone from my avatar i am very dark skinned but I created my perfect shade using those exact 4. Thanks Angiee you are the best!! I feel so accomplished right now lol
Wow your the best ? I’m so glad I found you?? subscribed❗️
You are a star Angie! Thank you for helping us??
LOVE your videos and lessons! Sooo informative and helpful! Thank you!
Angie, are there any dupes for the MUFE flash palette? I don’t mind spending the money but I’m assuming it’s out of stock or maybe they don’t make it anymore? HELP ❤️
From the point of view of someone who does visual arts (painting, drawing, etc.) this is such a blessing to see and hear someone who actually knows what they’re talking about, especially with darker skin tones that are so often overlooked. You’re a true professional and definitely deserve props for this well put together video.
You Are SOOOOOOO HELPFUL!!!! This Is My New Favorite Channel! Thank You So Much. You Explain Everything So Clearly. Thank You!
At last ……a true professional!!! Can't thank you enough ! YOU ARE SUPERB ?
Ur vids are soo informative! I learn so much in that 15 mins! U probs teach more than a makeup skool lol Anyway, thank u so much! Please upload more vids!:D
Brilliant. I wish you could show examples of wrong contouring but I appreciate this video & your presentation so much.
OMG when it started looking like your skin tone I was like whaaaaaaaaaaaa
Hi Angie.. I'm steffy.. . Im a aspiring MUA ..your videos are truly very informative.. I have a small doubt regarding olive skin tones.. what shades v should mix for these undertones… Thank you
Commenting just now in 2019… figuring out what my skintone is ..still a struggle to me, not sure where to start when I buy my foundation. Right, practice really does it, I am yellow LOL
How about brushes? Do I Really need to invest on high quality tools?
I think its best that everytime you talk about how you match your skin tone with the colorwheel, you would have pointed out specificaly which is which. Your audience has visual learners, specialy you talk so fast, and you publish world wide. Not everyone can follow your pacing. I wish we see more of the colorwheel more than we see your beautiful face. 🙁
EXCELENT!!
What an amazing video !!!!!!! It would be great if you have a couple of models with different skin tones to really see how to mix foundations . I have the such trouble with mixing foundation shades to match a clients skin tone . Sometimes it’s too yellow or too pink
Hey Angie! I have a question about something I'm confused about from the Mac website shade finder. I'm very confused as they are saying if your skin looks golden, you have a cool undertone, and if your skin looks rosy, you have a warm undertone. I have always thought it's the other way round! If your skin looks rosy/ pink you have a cool undertone, and if it looks more golden, you have a warm undertone.
They say this:
HOW TO FIND YOUR UNDERTONE:
WRIST TEST
Are the veins on the inside of your wrist green or blue? If green, your undertone is cool. If blue, it's warm.
CHEEK TEST
Without makeup, do your cheeks look golden or rosy? Golden cheeks typically have a cool undertone. Rosy cheeks tend to have a warm undertone.
THREE-POINT TEST
Look at your cheeks, chest and shoulders. What tones do you see most? A golden cast is likely to have a cool undertone. A rosier tinge means a warm undertone.
WHAT'S THE SCORE?
If your skin appears golden, try NC (Neutral-Cool) or C (Cool) foundations. Alternately, if your skin is rosy, NW (Neutral-Warm) or N (Neutral) may be perfect for you.
Hope you can help, and by the way I adore you channel.
Lots of love!
Thank you!!!! I’ve wanted to start doing make up on other people but I’m so scared because I want to make sure I know how to chose correct foundation colors, & under tones. It’s really different when someone is doing their own make up because they know what looks good on them as opposed to doing make up on someone you’ve probably never met before. & I’ve been doing a lot of research. Your video was extremely educational. Thank you so much ?
Hi thank you so much for your channel . Question how do you identify product's undertone if they dont state it on the package?
I've learned so much from you in just 15 minutes! You are incredible and amazing at what you do. <3
I would have loved to see you create a deep tone, but I am just starting out and I am doing new skills academy but I am going to continue to watch you! I have learned so much!
