2. In ancient Rome there were gladiator fights, which was a bloody spectacle, Rome was an empire,now it's a capital of Italy.

3. I don't always agree with your conjectures, but I love the language you use to define or describe them. Really fun to listen to.

4. Picasso is way over-rated. It's like modern art for me… I just don't get it and do not think that my "getting it" is what defines the term.
