Didnt you read bible. It stated that human is superior to all creatures modeled after god himself! Therefore of humans cant detect aliens means they cant detect humans because they were so inferior useless creatures. If ever we meet them someday we tell them about heaven and hell were exclusively for humans and they better scared of us because some old man from the sky is watching over us and judge us.

Maybe we are unintelligent? How did life cells get here in the first place?. And also, even if aliens are as advanced as us why would they have eyes or ears? Also we are searching only planets with oxygen and other life characteristics. But, what if they don't need air or water? What if their life is based around let's say CO2. If we found them, how do we talk with them? Maybe they have mouths, and maybe when the life cells got to the planet they evolved differently than on earth and they communicate thru something else. Maybe we were thrown out of some kind of galactic life organization and sent in some kind of jail (the milky way). You know, it sounds crazy but nothing is impossible.
