Advice needed! Just came across this curriculum. My upcoming first grader placed in level K. My upcoming 7th grader… he missed passing level 4 by 1 reading word. He missed 5 words. He passed level 3 with flying colors. My question is, would you recommend us going through level 3 at a faster pace or go with level 4 since he passed grammar and spelling in the placement test and only missed the reading portion by 1 word?!?!? I can’t figure out what I should do… I don’t care about starting further “behind” if he will benefit from it and gain confidence, but I don’t want to bore him either.
My son is 10 and a pretty good reader but is a bit behind as far as grammer is concerned. I gave him the placement test for level 4 and he did great with the words but not with the grammer section. In your opinion, do you recommend I place him in level 4 anyway or step it back to level 3? I love your videos btw! Thanks for helping us moms!!
After binge watching most of your Good and the Beautiful videos, I ordered the Kindergarten level. I am very excited to get it. We have been doing AAR all school year and have only made it to lesson 15. Praying this is a better fit for my 6 year old little girl.

ha ha, I love that, telling your children that your doing a video for all your friends on the internet! Thank you so much for doing all these reviews. I have been homeschooling 16 years and my youngest is 3 1/2 and I am excited to do more the minimalist thing with him since he is very kinesthetic and can't stop moving. We are going to do the history too!
