Die Zusammenarbeit von Mensch und Roboter, sowie eine sichere Koexistenz, sind ein wichtiger Forschungsschwerpunkt in der Factory of the Future des Instituts für Robotik und Mechatronik. Da die Intelligenz von Robotersystemen in naher Zukunft nicht genügend ausgereift sein wird, um sämtliche Applikationen autonom durchzuführen, muss auf die Flexibilität und Vielfältigkeit des Menschen zurückgegriffen werden. Ein wichtiger Bestandteil in der Mensch-Roboter-Kollaboration (MRK) ist die Entwicklung intelligenter Assistenzmöglichkeiten.
In diesem Video wird die Montage einer Automobilkomponente mit der Unterstützung eines kollaborativen Roboters gezeigt. Der Vorteil bei der Zusammenarbeit von Mensch und Roboter ist zum einen die Qualitätssicherung. Der Mensch bekommt nach Montageplan das richtige Bauteil zur richtigen Zeit. Zudem muss der Mensch das Bauteil nicht mehr in einer Vielzahl von Speichern suchen und kann sich auf das Wesentliche konzentrieren, die Montage. Zum anderen kann hierbei eine ergonomisch korrekte Position der Werkers ermöglicht, und gesundheitliche Langzeitfolgen durch wiederholt ungünstige Bewegungen reduziert werden. Schließlich kann durch die Zusammenarbeit von Mensch und Roboter eine enorme Verbesserung im Sinne der Effizienz und Qualität in der Montage erzeugt werden, die im Rahmen der Factory of the Future – Intelligente Robotik in der digitalisierten Produktion erforscht werden.
The collaboration of humans and robots, as well as a safe coexistence, are an important research topic in the Factory of the Future of the Institute of Robotics and Mechatronics. Since robot-intelligence will not be sufficiently enough in the near future to execute all possible applications autonomously, the flexibility and diversity of humans has to take place in Factories of the near Future. An important component of human-robot collaboration (HRC) is the development of intelligent assistance of cobots.
This video shows the assembly of an automotive component with the support of a collaborative robot. The advantage of the cooperation between human and robot is on the one hand the quality assurance. The human gets the right component at the right time according to the assembly plan. In addition, the human being no longer has to search for the component in a large number of shelfs and storages and can concentrate on the essentials, the assembly. On the other hand, an ergonomically correct position of the worker can be achieved, and long-term health consequences can be reduced by repeated unfavorable movements. After all, cooperation between humans and robots can produce an enormous improvement in terms of efficiency and quality in assembly, which is a part of the research in our Factory of the Future – Intelligent Robots in Digitized Production.
