    This book does it and I have only listened to the first few minutes. But I already love it… ITs great. and I Love the mans voice. I want him to read all the talking books.

  4. This audio book is so good. I listen to it now and then. I dont practice meditiation but like he says, at some points we have all done it unknowingly. I think by just listening to this book you will become a better person. It made me reflect about myself and how I approach things. Why they are like they are.
