  2. Its my first time meditating i did it but it is ok to feel like it wasnt 20 mintues? Lol cause i thought it would feel longer but actually felt shorter

  3. Personally I prefer the 10 minute version, but this one is also great. I'd like to thank you for these amazing video's! I absolutely love them, they help me to stay focussed, a bit more at peace and also help me to stay in reality. Been going through a lot lately to put it mildly and your meditation video's were an imense help! So again, thank you!

  4. I absolutely love this meditation. Every aspect of it. Calming voice. The script well written. And the feeling afterward. Feels like I stretched my mind and allowed it to relax.

  5. I love this video so much, although it would be nice if it was longer like thirty to sixty minutes that would be perfect, but otherwise one of my favorites and it does help. 🙂

  6. That was absolutely amazing! I still have a lot of progress to make when it comes to mindfulness, but I felt profoundly peaceful during this meditation.
