The third season of What The Fit starring Kevin Hart follows Kevin and a new squad of famous friends as they continue to inspire the world to work out. They’ll take on the courts of the Harlem Globetrotters, organize a community workout for the entire city, and keep in step with a high school marching band. How much success they’ll have with any of these things is up for debate, but one thing they’ve proved time and time again, is that nothing is too bold, too outrageous or too ridiculous for Kevin and his guests if it can get the world on its feet.

Thank you so much for seeing Marching Band as a form of exercise. A lot of hard work goes into it. We practice very long hours in the sun and rain, hot and cold. We give up our summers to do this sport. From July to November we practice. We run laps, we do other cardio and stretches to warm up our bodies to get ready for practice and competitions. Students are fainting or getting injuries because they are working so hard and giving it all they got. We are playing instruments for 8 minutes straight in weird positions not normal for the body while having to move and perform our hearts out for the audience and judges. We hold our instruments at weird angles the really hurt after a long day. We do this all to show of the talent, training and love we have in this sport. Thank you for recognizing just a little bit of what goes into making a great marching band.
