The title should be how film critics are unimportant
9:27 – The concluding line feels so true to me personally, "With each passing year, the films are getting Bigger, but the ideas are getting smaller.".
It is great to have informative links and list of critics to follow. This video is really great!

My most fav cinema Channel ❤❤

Hey, I've been following your channel for a while and I have to say that your essays have profoundly affected my cinema viewing experience and I have only started noticing the use of color to accentuate a scene and the movement of camera (I'm sure there's a fancy word for it), so that's barely scratching the surface. Hope you continue making these video essays.
You should start reviewing films
4:56 that moment when you used Hans Zimmer music from interstellar and video from green mile, that is perfect moment of music and picture
Another awesome video. While watching this, I was hoping to see a clip of that pratik borade guy in the section of '20 year olds with internet calling themselves reviewers' section, but then I realized he is not even worthy of getting included there, considering he doesn't even talk about the film for like 95% of the video.
This video is amazing. Your narration and your passion just oozes out. So beautiful
which Indian film critics do you recommend, to whom we can follow and read.
This video is supposed to be Most Important Video of this Channel. Film Criticism is the most important part of Film Making. Because everything about Cinema is How we watch it, how much we understanding it, how entertaining is it and how innovative with craft it goes.
Whole-heartedly agree on the lack of focus on the craft of filmmaking.
And there are critics like Pratik Borade who don't know anything about filmmaking and talk as if they are experts.
Hey guys, check out this new critics module you can take up in order to learn different methods of film criticism. It may help many people trying to venture into that branch. https://bit.ly/2VU5bnZ
