OpenAI researchers released a paper describing the development of GPT-3, a state-of-the-art language model made up of 175 billion parameters. The results obtained from GPT-3 are amazing especially when compared to the GPT-2. The previous versions of gpt were publicly available for everyone. But, gpt-3 isn’t.
