  2. YOU CAN COVER UP THE SKY AREA WITH A PAPER SO THE SPLASHES DON'T HIT THE UPPER AREA…..VERY NICE PROJECT. I WISHED MY ART TEACHERS HAD SOMETHING LIKE THIS……

  3. I thought this was soo pretty! I did see some of these same paintings on pinterest, and I always said that I was going to try and replicate what i saw, but then I would get intimidated by it! You made it look so simple. Thank you for sharing, and for giving me that bit of confidence I needed to just try to do it myself! Thanks again!

  4. When you paint the sides of a stretched canvas, do you sometimes carry the design over, or do you typically just paint it a solid color? I see the bottom of this one has a solid purple color. Is the top portion more blue on the sides? Beautiful work, Angela!!

  5. I love this so much, great introduction for those new to painting and very adaptable and inexpensive for a group project. Hoping to have my family together to do this one

  6. oh wow, I just remembered doing this was easy and fun to do apparently I must have done way more of your art then I thought lol to those who gave a thumbs down a big thumbs down to you! Angela is a great inspiration for newbies who are even afraid to try painting I give her a 2 thumbs up for having this video out there shes one of the reasons I love to paint now… thank you πŸ™‚

  7. Good of you to give the original artist credit — that says good things about YOU! πŸ™‚ I'll be sure to make it clear on the back of mine, that mine is just a study of, and inspired by Yvonne's. So pretty!!

  8. going to try one today and I'm excited! I love the happy colors and the ease of this painting. After googling Yvonne Coomber, I saw a lot of her paintings, all similar but all so pretty and bright. I love the palette choices .Β  I usually do oil portraits, but this is instant gratification. I'm using an 18×24 canvas. Thanks for this!

  9. This is such a happy little painting- I can imagine it full size at least 24×30- what a beautiful addition to a room that needs a pick me up.Β  I paint with my 5 year old grandson and he loves it and I may do this with him- Ill have to put drop clothes all over the place, but to have his art is a treasure.Β  thanks for sharing this

  10. I am SOOO glad I "stumblerd" over your fantastic videos!
I started painting just a few months ago and was ready to give up. Now I've had people wanting to buy my tree-paintings. All thanks to you!!!

  11. Yvonne is my grandmas name, I'm going to visit her and the rest of the family this summer so I'll be traveling to Jamaica to see them to sell my handmade beaded jewelry and to paint
