The GPT 3 is a premium-design transportation trailer dedicated for GP 14 VELO and GP 15 JETA. It offers very attractive, complementary package to the glider, both in terms of aesthetics and functionality. Its unique construction supports easy and convenient, parallel storage and effortless assembly of one fuselage and two wing sets (13,5 + 15 m).
It utilizes lightweight, compact two-piece glass-epoxy composite construction of the storage box, supported by light and rigid full-length steel wheel frame with anticorrosive protection. Streamlined shape contribute to very low drag during towing as well as good cross-wind resistance and high stability in all driving conditions.
The standard equipment consists only of high quality AL-KOTM chassis parts and components, with standard overrun wheel brakes, as well as all-LED exterior lighting.
The furniture of the trailer enables single-man operations during rigging, de-rigging and maintenance of the glider. The generous front boot space allows pilots to take everything needed to the airfield or for a longer trip. Among its interesting features there is SPSP (Sustainable Power Supply Package) including solar panels and buffer Li-Ion battery for effectively independent recharges of glider battery from renewable source and water tank with electric pump for backache free airfield fill-ups.
