Here I compare biodata sonification of Cordyceps Militaris to copper coils wrapped around various crystals. In order of appearance for the performers we have; Labradorite, Cordyceps, Rutilated Smokey Quartz and finally Quartz.
Honestly I was somewhat disappointed by the Crystals performance and thought it was perhaps a bit generic. Perhaps they’ve been practicing around each other too much and things are getting derivative. Either way it was a good effort.
I have noticed there seems to be more variation between crystals on rainy days. Who knows what that is about. I would have liked there to be more variation as it shows the effect of the crystals in the background noise. That said in an effort not to be like Dr. Emotto I will be showing all my results even those that are disappointing.
Dr. Emotto openly admitted to selecting photos that best matched the word used and that his project was purely art. And well my project is purely art as well I’d like to present my finding as transparently as possible.
