Some might say that our understanding of love has been denigrated as it is connected and tied to physical love, sex, romantic love & affection. Also, human love is often associated and given with conditions – “I’ll love you if….” But, spiritual love is different. Spiritual love gives of itself without asking if the person is worthy and without seeking anything in return.

Anthony is a former medical student turned meditation teacher & singing bowl specialist. He has been studying and practicing the art of meditation for over 2 decades in monasteries of the US, Nepal, & India.
He has trained under the direct mentorship of Jack Kornfield, Sharon Salzberg, Lama Zopa Rinpoche, & The Dalai Lama.
He studied the art of sound and the use of Himalayan Singing bowls with Tibetan Monks in Nepal & India.
