RTT delivers extraordinary, permanent change from physical, emotional and psychological pain by getting to the root cause. Together I help you access your core beliefs, values, habits and emotions that reside in the subconscious. For a habit of action to take root, you must FIRST change your habit of thought. 1. I cried like a baby and then jumped up like a baby🙏🏽🤍🤸🏽‍♀️ Thank you! Truly life changing got me to access parts of my memories which I believed to have fully forgotten

  2. I didn't find this very helpful. Many people can't recall the specific event that triggered their low confidence so imagining it isn't particularly helpful. Often we don't really know why we are the way we are.

  3. Day 5 complete! My thoughts went straight to my first foster mom and her home. I thought for a moment about a Thanksgiving visit with her family and the lingering feeling of "why is she doing this?" from her family I often felt like I wasn't fully accepted by her family like I was a project. I thought about the compassion or more so avoidance of body weight with the family cousin then I thought about how my body weight was treat in ways that made me feel defensive towards my foster mom. Then during the exercise I thought about my first unofficial boyfriend. On the non confident side I visualized how I broke up with him or really didn't. He came to my house and I ran up the stairs without communicating with him and instead my foster mother's boyfriend told him I didn't want to see him. I remembered not being confident to speak to him about why I wanted to break up which was superficial but still mine. In the depths here I realize I've been crossing innocent phases to fast because I didn't feel that confident speaking my truth to men/boys trying to be men and often felt rushed or forced into things I wasn't ready for and sometimes rushed myself into things I wasn't ready for but he was kind and I may have hurt his feelings. He was definitely different from a lot of the guys that followed and I wondered where he is now. I also slightly thought about how he didnt feel like an equal to me and how I broke up with him as a result. On the confident side I visualized a dance we went to that overlapped with a visual of us dancing in my foster mom's house one time. I remembered feeling confident to dance with him freely but there was also an underlying feeling of being watched and feeling uncomfortable with that in the overlap visual.

  4. Just completed day 3: I did have visuals today! In part one it was cryptic I saw an elephant. I heard song lyrics about being held back which led me to thoughts about my elementary school teachers when I was living with my mother. I thought about being wrongfully held back in the second grade because of behavior judgements. That definitely was a confidence hit at that age. I also saw visual of a memory of being slightly held hostage after school once by a cousin who play with me like a doll against my will. I remembered the moment I got home I wasn't talking and instead expressing my anger and emotions about feeling restricted through silent treatment. I remembered my mother trying to force words out of me verbally to understand why I was in an aliento mode. ( I actually typed silent mode but it was replaced with this spanish word "aliento" which means breath so I'm going to take it as the message I feel which is I breathe through silence and this often times is an alien concept) also safety was frequently in question in the environments around my mother.
In part two of the experience I saw visual of the school I was in when I was living with my grandmother which was a much more safe loving environment for me to thrive in. I remembered the time I recited a Dr. King poem how I practiced it at home with the support of my grandmother. How I recited it in class and was rewarded. I remembered how I was the star of that class. How much my teacher liked me and supported me. I remembered she was my first understanding black teacher that really wanted to see me win. I remembered how I went to about successfully becoming class president. Confidence was there and I remember my methods being questioned by some of the other students and then the teacher backing me up and saying I wasn't doing anything wrong. There was so much support present for me.

Ultimately this reminds me of the importance of supportive environments and reinforcement. Which less me to question how do I start create to creat supportive loving environments and reinforcement internally.

  5. Today is my day 2: I was a bit antsy as I could feel ants or something smaller crawling on me. I did do this outside in the same place as day one and they crawled on me then too but this time it wasn't as easy to ignore them as they where on my neck. I also found that my visuals didn't come through in the two moments of recall that clear. The first to recall the first non confident moment was spotty the second I didn't see anything

  6. Do you have any confidence hypnosis videos that aren’t about the past? I had a traumatic childhood so unfortunately my baby confidence was lost by the time I could develop memories . My first memories are of low self-esteem.

  7. I have very few memories of my childhood, even up to my young adult years. I'm not sure why except that we had a rough life. Not terribly traumatic however I was not happy most of the time. I'm hoping that focusing on the sad feelings is enough as opposed to specific memories that I don't recall.
At any rate, I do feel more confident after this session and will continue to practice it. Thank you♥️
