Really powerfull meditation , ty! I wonder If u have any sleeping meditation for kids… that’s something I miss.
Her voice and the slowness at the beginning made me sleepy. And then I had to say, I wake up up motivated and full of energy! haha.
I really liked this idea and clicked like but I’d love the same meditation that doesn’t move quite so fast. I was trying to absorb and repeat each affirmation in my head and the next was already starting. I felt rushed. Regardless. Thank you for making this available. God bless.
I just couldn’t get into it
Thank you for posting. I found the background music to be too loud and felt rushed to repeat the positive affirmations. In other words there didn't seem to be enough time in between each statement.
I wanted to listen to this one but that music is anxiety causing. I could not relax.
Good guided meditation, very relaxing music, but I dislike heavily some parts of the text.
I am grateful for my health. » Not everyone has a good health, but everyone is alive. "I'm grateful for my live/to be alive" would be probably better.
I know I am a beautiful person inside and out. » Sounds very egocentric and arrogant. "I commit to be a beautiful person inside and out."
I am not my past; I am creating my own future. » You are by definition (science) your past. "I don't dwell on the past and I'm creating my own future."
I am living a life of my own design. » Sorry, no. I imagine someone being paraplegic reciting this…
I am successful and abundant in all areas of my life. » Succes is based on subjectivity, but according to society it's climbing the ladder…

Too much talking at the beginning! At first it was nice but it went on too long!
There needs to be more time after "I let go of the past and focus on the present moment" there is barely enough time to repeat it.
I need help. For some reason I still can't be fully motivated to do my work.
