This video mentions an experience that is no longer available, but you can access our current offerings today for free: https://checkout.headspace.com/

On this #MentalHealthAction day, we are moving the focus from mental health awareness to mental health action. Take ten minutes to focus your mind on the breath in this mini reframing stress meditation. Stress takes on many forms, especially when a day has felt particularly challenging. Nothing can change the circumstances, but this exercise teaches you how to notice what you’re holding onto and how to drop the preoccupying storyline, allowing you to reframe stressful situations.

  1. Game changer! Thank you so much for making this headspace guide to meditation. I have been more aware, my mind wondering. Than, bringing myself back to focus on whatever I am doing at that moment.

  2. Sorry, the German version is much bester than this. This british voice sounds like a character from Spitting Image or Crank Yankers. Highly unprofessional. Also, Eve's German voice sounds like she is stoned all the time

  3. I can't get enough of this. I recently enjoyed a similar book, and I couldn't get enough of it. "Reclaiming Connection: The Journey of a Digital Detox" by Joshua Ember

  4. I am a newly qualified teacher and am thinking about introducing meditation to children so that they learn how to regulate themselves from a young age. I wish someone had taught that to me when I was younger.
Also I found out that a headspace subscription is free for teachers so if there are others, please introduce them to your class!

  5. This has been one of the most important and helpful activities for my mind during stressful times. Thank you for creating such a treasure trove. I hope the creators know just how much impact is being made with their creation
