  1. Soham is the word that god shiva use d during his dhyan
    So in inhaling and ahum in exhaling
    So means that and ahum means i am.

It is possible to experience calming and peace of mind by just watching the breath without chanting any word at all, only breath alone, when this is done the mind tends to wander into thoughts the practice is to gently bring it back to the breath once this is done for some time the mind start to enjoy it when concentration grows the mind becomes joyous a distracted mind is unhappy a focused mind is very joyous

  4. It is upsetting to know that, he barely moved his right hand before the rudraksh scene.. after rudraksh scene, t hand is always in the air, moving freely. A magic trick it was?.. and sharing and quoting scriptures and books. How can we call these spiritually snaked being.. no doubt.. he speaks calm.. but that rudraksh scene๐Ÿคจ
