An interview with the American philosopher Daniel C. Dennett. He writes a lot about consciousness and artificial intelligence. Wim Kayzer questions him on his life in the country side and his book Consciousness Explained. He also lets other guest of his interview series to ask him questions. Oliver Sacks wanted to know whether the philosopher has children, or a dog. He meant: what do feelings mean to someone who looks at the world so instrumentalistic. In the Dutch television show A Glorious Accident (1993) six scientists talk about their visions on their work and the world. Journalist Wim Kayzer asks them: how far did you come in your understanding of our thoughts an actions?
