Abstract Acrylic Painting / Easy / Palette Knife / Demo #052

Oliver Maass – Abstract Art

easy abstract acrylic painting technique using a palette knife and a brush. I used the palette knife to layer the acrylic paint, what creates the lovely textures. The brush is used for the smooth blending and to add some splashes.

Acrylic paint on canvas (40x40cm)

  1. Hi, I love your work. I have one question, do you wet your brush while giving the strokes ? Did your color dry it off easily? I found mine getting dried quickly.

    Fan from India!

  2. I tried this today and it's literally the worst painting I've made yet lol. You make it look so easy but I didn't realise till I started doing it myself how many nuances go into the final product look like yours. Hats off to you sir
