I was coming back in a sombre mood after a funeral …. ai504, delhi-bangalore, was the only flight that worked, timing wise …. what a downgrader?…. when I booked online, I was able to get first row economy seats …. BUT, when I checked-in, they made me pay 500/-extra by saying : it was not reflecting on their system!!!
On board, the spiffyly dressed staff, were curt and the rudest ever …. meal option : NONE ….veg only! …. my tray was removed without asking, by the air stewardess, before I had finished my meal
Bad experience!
Really, AI, we are paying customers!
