  1. I can only echo Amanda. The down to earth, non-condescending approach is amazing and made to look so effortless. Your calm collected, manner of Tutoring is refreshing and inspiring.

  2. This has to be one of the most beneficial counselling videos I have come across. Thank you very much for making it. Well presented, with good examples.

  3. Counsellors are people who make a living off other people's misfortunes. If something bad hadn't happened to you then they'd be out of a job. Where I live there is no minimum educational requirement or licensing body for counsellors. That's why there's a lot of quacks out there.

  4. This video very helpful for me I am training to be a professional counsellor it's very important to show empathy and sympathy as saying I can feel you to make a client more comfortable.

  5. This video offers practical suggestions for listeners (helpers) that support entry level counseling skills when providing service to (clients) speakers. I enjoyed it!

  6. "They know their own truths". What does this mean? They know how they feel? (This is not always true). They know what they need to do? (This is not always true). Are you saying both…they know how they feel and what needs to be done, but need time to describe and accept it, and need your support (validation, clarification)
