I really enjoy watching this video. This was very informational for me!
I can only echo Amanda. The down to earth, non-condescending approach is amazing and made to look so effortless. Your calm collected, manner of Tutoring is refreshing and inspiring.

This has to be one of the most beneficial counselling videos I have come across. Thank you very much for making it. Well presented, with good examples.
Thankyou Carl your a gem
Counsellors are people who make a living off other people's misfortunes. If something bad hadn't happened to you then they'd be out of a job. Where I live there is no minimum educational requirement or licensing body for counsellors. That's why there's a lot of quacks out there.
This is really helpful advice, I am considering getting into counselling, thank you.:)
You have an amazing gift to teach. thank you for the lessons.
A big Thank you to you Rory for sharing you knowledge. Much appreciated.
This video very helpful for me I am training to be a professional counsellor it's very important to show empathy and sympathy as saying I can feel you to make a client more comfortable.
Thanks this is very interesting videos .
This presentation was great! Thank you so much!
This a mighty work, thanks a lot a great good work
watched a video on carl rogers and he really stares at his clients, I would feel very uncomfortable too- you are right rory
Who is this guy and where has he been my whole life?? ><
This video offers practical suggestions for listeners (helpers) that support entry level counseling skills when providing service to (clients) speakers. I enjoyed it!
"They know their own truths". What does this mean? They know how they feel? (This is not always true). They know what they need to do? (This is not always true). Are you saying both…they know how they feel and what needs to be done, but need time to describe and accept it, and need your support (validation, clarification)
Thank you. Most helpful. ?
This video was unwatchable. The bright blue glare and orange writing was painful on the eyes. Couldn't finish it.
You are a great teacher. Thank you
What a great presentation! I love it!

The story about the person ending up in the pond made me laugh. Am I evil? ?
