UNESCO is currently working towards the development of work on AI and ethics. The UNESCO Headquarters held an internal meeting on AI in Paris on 11 June 2018. The UNESCO regional office for Southern Africa contacted Dr Alta de Waal and Prof Emma Ruttkamp-Bloem to share their views in a short video. The video represented a perspective from Africa on this topic at the meeting.
