  1. For a moment there I felt like time stopped & all I felt & saw was calm white light. It stayed in my mind & I felt as if breathing is not even necessary for I am always alive. Very calming & relaxing. Thank you

  2. I enjoyed it but I would have appreciated even more to have a little less talking or more moments of silence in-between the breathing exercises to really be present.
