Boston Dynamics

BigDog climbs in the woods, keeps its balance when kicked and when slipping on ice, travels through snow and mud, jogs 5 mph, and climbs some rubble.

  1. i can’t believe people actually think boston dynamics dogs are scary…look at this goofy robot getting pushed by scientists trying to regain it balance, and walking peacefully on a beach on thailand for its vacation. it’s silly almost bee like humming, which is unpleasant honestly but it also makes me laugh. they dance. THEY FRICKIN DANCE NOWADAYS.

  2. What is probably most impressive is how it is able to catch itself instead of falling over. That is what made walking robots unfeasable so far.
And then you realise how how the video already is, and that the more recent ones, like Spot and Atlas, are even better.
