I heard this meditation about two hundred times until I learned it by heart and now I use it any time I feel anxious or cannot sleep. I remembered it including your voice and repeat it sometimes even while walking. I am a Czech speaking person but after I repeatedly heard this meditation, I saw that English and your voice soothes me much better.
