In a spirited display of activism, protesters gathered in Westminster to voice their demands and frustrations on Labour’s first budget day in 14 years. Among them were WASPI women campaigning for pension justice. WASPI is an acronym for Women Against State Pension Inequality, a UK-based organisation that campaigns for compensation for women affected by the equalisation of the state pension age.

‘Anti Brexit’ groups pushing against Brexit’s impact, making their voices heard, and anti-monarchy activists challenging the royal institution. In the video, well known activist Peter Tachall spoke out against the monarchy.. The convergence of these groups highlighted the deep, varied concerns resonating across the UK as budget decisions unfold, emphasising a call for change on multiple fronts in British society.

  1. I think the best chance for compensation was when corbyn was running, he was prepared to give back everything they lost. The country is pretty much broke after covid and truss so the most they can hope for is a very modest lump
