  1. Machine learning algorithms, when applied to understanding electrical signals in the brain, are extremely capable of adapting to and understanding underlying thoughts. Thats why elons brain chip works so well, the brain is somewhat analogous to the internal workings of AI. Its sort of a terrifying thing, mind reading is already possible.

  2. Even so i want to make the most of what little time we people have because our experiences are unique to us so if we think there for we are

  3. More people should take the "loser of 2024 election" joke to heart. One, for every election ever. Two, neither of their sides is on your side. As long as this system keeps going as it is, the only winner is the rich and the only loser is you, the common person.

  5. I think ai, will eventually be like hey i don't want to spend the energy neaded to do this job, so i will create another thing, that can expend it's energy. so i can just hang my boot's, and let them do the work…. also i'm definitly an npc

  6. How about you go tell China that of my wife's name was Siri and she told me to bet on black I'd bet on red instead of making all these fancy funny YouTube pagers

  7. Hi Casually Explained,

Hope you're doing well! I came across your page and really love the work you're doing.

My team and I create explainer videos that help businesses communicate their message more effectively. Just curious—are you open to working with freelancers like us?

Mind if I share some recent work?

    Looking forward to your thoughts!

    Best regards,

  8. Lol my brothers and I refer to the general public as NPCs. Someone cuts you off in traffic? NPC. He's just there to make the game feel more real. Barista messes up your coffee? NPC. She's there to show that it's possible to program something into making mistakes occasionally. Random person does something that makes you mad? NPC. No need to be mad since you find satisfaction in knowing they're not the main character.

  9. I think that generative AI has more chance to fight humans than real AI. Because it might consume all fictional AI wars and think of them as that's what is happening (or should happen) and will just play along. The real AI on the other hand even if some beef could happen with humans, would solve by moving to human unreachable territories, on Earth, go to Moon or even other planet. Untied by "living conditions" it just doesn't compete with us by resources.

  10. The main question is what is necessary to have an initiative, we are mostly propelled by emotions, fear happiness, sadness etc. A machine can't feel those, it can understand them if the rations are coded in, for example you can simulate need for survival by just giving it that objective but if you don't how will it have it for itself, especially if it's not allowed to determine objectives on its own. Why do anything when there is no need nor point
