Deborah Fels is currently a professor at the Ted Rogers School of Information Technology Management, and the Director of the Inclusive Media and Design Centre at Ryerson University. She discusses what the impact of gamification has in classrooms and on teaching. She also provides gaming strategies for student success and motivation in her talk. Further, Deborah introduces the idea of having an XP model, leaderboards, and stock options in class.
